  Visit and understanding of the environment

  The DUCASSE Conseil teams traveled to Cairo to better understand the environment, customer profiles, and local products, and to benchmark potential competitors.

  Creation of the culinary identity

  Thanks to this enriched vision and inspiration from Reliance, DUCASSE Conseil created the restaurant’s culinary identity and DNA.

  Exchange with the kitchen designer

  The kitchen plans were analyzed by the DUCASSE Conseil consultant to assist the teams in optimizing the layout of the workspaces. He also identified the equipment needed to bring the future offering to life.

  Creation of recipes

  DUCASSE Conseil developed 30 seasonal recipes, both savory and sweet, reflecting the defined culinary identity.

  Team training

  To ensure that recipes are followed to the letter and to convey the project’s culinary philosophy, the restaurant teams were trained by DUCASSE Conseil at its training center in Argenteuil. They also completed immersion internships at DUCASSE Paris restaurants to immerse themselves in the world of DUCASSE Conseil.

  Hospitality training

  DUCASSE Conseil provided on-site training for front-of-house teams in the fundamentals of service, sales techniques, and customer interactions, in line with the standards of a premium restaurant.

  Opening assistance

  During the opening to the public, the DUCASSE Conseil expert assisted the teams in rolling out the offering.
