As part of their support for a culinary project called OCKAP CAVIAR & CUISINE based in Miami, the teams at DUCASSE Conseil have created recipes with caviar as the central ingredient.

DUCASSE Conseil advised the client on a selection of tableware and table art items to incorporate into his new restaurant based on Brickell Avenue.
DUCASSE Conseil conducted extensive research to incorporate caviar into every recipe, from appetizers to desserts. This led to the creation of recipes, including sandwiches, salads, frozen desserts, pasta dishes, and more.
Following an analysis of the plans for the premises intended to house the OCKAP CUISINE & CAVIAR concept, the teams at DUCASSE Conseil worked with the kitchen designer to define the optimal layout and equipment needed to produce the recipes developed.
The head consultant at DUCASSE Conseil trained the operational teams at OCKAP CUISINE & CAVIAR to ensure that recipes are executed to perfection. The teams also completed an internship at several restaurants in the DUCASSE Paris group to fully immerse themselves in our expertise.
The wine expert at DUCASSE Conseil has created a tailor-made wine list in keeping with the philosophy of the project.
The DUCASSE Conseil team conducts regular quality checks during site visits in order to assess and maintain culinary standards, as well as to ensure consistency in the services provided.
